Condado Vanderbilt Hotel

Condado Vanderbilt sits directly on Ashford Avenue in San Juan’s Condado district, with the Atlantic on one side and the neighborhood’s restaurants, shops and nightlife immediately outside. The original Spanish Revival building opened in 1919 and remains the visual and historical anchor of the hotel, while later towers expanded the property into a much larger full-service resort. There are 317 rooms including 100 suites, ranging from compact heritage accommodations to large Commodore suites with balconies, dining rooms and dedicated butler service in select categories.
