The Newbury Boston occupies the corner of Newbury and Arlington streets directly across from the Public Garden. A major restoration gave the property a more residential character, with interiors by Alexandra Champalimaud and a collection of art connected to Boston and New England. The Library is reserved for hotel guests and creates an intimate private-club atmosphere with books curated in partnership with the Boston Public Library.
A restored 1927 Back Bay landmark overlooking the Public Garden, The Newbury combines residential rooms, fireplace suites, a private library and glamorous rooftop dining in one of Boston’s finest locations.
