Address Downtown
Steps from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, Address Downtown is a polished city resort with exceptional fountain views, multiple pools, and one of Downtown Dubai’s most convenient locations.
Address Downtown sits at the center of the part of Dubai many first-time visitors come specifically to see. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Fountain are immediately nearby, and select rooms, terraces, and public spaces look directly toward them.
The hotel combines the convenience of a central city property with a surprisingly complete resort setup. Four pools include family and children’s areas as well as an adult infinity pool framed by views of Burj Khalifa.
That outdoor space is particularly effective because it creates a sense of separation from the density of Downtown. Guests can spend hours by the pool while remaining only minutes from the mall, restaurants, and major attractions.
The Spa Longevity adds a more private layer, with nine treatment rooms and a program that incorporates hammam rituals, facials, and aromatherapy. Club-level guests also gain access to a lounge terrace overlooking the fountain and tower.
Address Downtown is not the most secluded or design-forward hotel in Dubai, but it is exceptionally well positioned. For travelers who want the city’s headline attractions integrated into the hotel experience itself, few locations are more convenient.
