Kit Kemp designed every room and public space with her signature mix of bold color, pattern, contemporary art and custom furniture. The result feels distinctly personal rather than standardized.

Rooms and suites are individually composed and benefit from high ceilings and full-length windows. Even lower-floor luxury rooms are around 350 square feet, while larger suites add far more living space and skyline views.

The Crosby Bar, private garden and 99-seat screening room give the hotel unusually strong social and cultural spaces for its boutique scale, while a gym and 24-hour room service add practical depth.
