Hotel Balzac sits on a quiet street only steps from the Champs-Élysées, placing the Arc de Triomphe, Avenue George V and Golden Triangle shopping within easy walking distance.

The hotel has 58 rooms and suites and was completely reimagined by Festen Architecture in a restrained 1930s-inspired style built around natural stone, dark woods and soft, residential colors.

The strongest accommodations rise toward the upper floors, where selected rooms and suites reveal Eiffel Tower views and two top-floor suites open onto private rooftop terraces facing the landmark.

Spa Ikoi introduces a Japanese-influenced wellness experience with a pool, sauna and gym, giving the compact hotel more restorative depth than its boutique scale might suggest.

Hotel Balzac is best for couples who want the prestige of the Champs-Élysées without the formality or scale of a palace hotel, particularly when design, privacy and a memorable terrace matter.
