The St. Regis Riyadh
The debut St. Regis in Saudi Arabia brings just 83 rooms and suites to ultra-exclusive VIA Riyadh, pairing Tuwaiq-stone architecture with the city’s largest hotel spa and a rooftop pool overlooking the capital.
The St. Regis Riyadh sits within VIA Riyadh beside the Diplomatic Quarter, placing designer boutiques, cinemas and some of the capital’s most ambitious restaurants directly outside. The building is clad in stone inspired by the Tuwaiq Mountains, giving the hotel a strong Saudi identity without relying on overt historicism.
There are only 59 guestrooms and 24 suites, creating a surprisingly intimate scale for a new Gulf flagship. High ceilings, broad glass walls and custom art soften the Salmani-inspired architecture, while the 225-square-meter Royal Suite adds two bedrooms, a study, bar and dedicated dining space.
The St. Regis Spa is one of the property’s defining strengths, spanning more than 1,200 square meters with eight treatment rooms, a spa suite and separate thermal areas for men and women. Sauna, herbal steam, snow shower, ice fountain, heated loungers, a panoramic Technogym fitness center and rooftop outdoor pool create unusually deep urban wellness.
Jackie blends American cooking with Mediterranean influences, while Stella Sky Lounge moves dining and shisha onto an open-air rooftop terrace. The St. Regis Bar and Astor Library layer in the brand’s afternoon tea, sabrage and evening rituals.
