Occupying floors 41 through 55 of Lotte New York Palace, The Towers is an ultra-private hotel-within-a-hotel with dedicated check-in, butler service, huge skyline suites and some of Midtown’s most theatrical penthouses.
The Towers occupies the upper 14 floors of Lotte New York Palace, directly across Madison Avenue from St. Patrick’s Cathedral and a few steps from Rockefeller Center. Guests receive the landmark Palace location while entering through a more private hospitality layer above the main hotel.
Rooms begin around 465 square feet and start on the 41st floor, with skyline views built into even the entry categories. One-bedroom suites reach roughly 1,075 square feet, corner suites about 1,210 square feet and multi-bedroom layouts can be combined for families or extended stays.
The experience is defined less by a separate spa or pool than by service. A private lobby and check-in, maître d’étage butler service, a dedicated Les Clefs d’Or concierge, garment pressing, shoe shine and Maybach car service create the feeling of a much smaller hotel hidden inside the Palace.
The top end is unusually ambitious even by Manhattan standards. Triplex penthouses span about 5,000 square feet with in-suite elevators, rooftop terraces, double-height living rooms and personal gyms, while the Hästens Ultimate Sleep Suite centers an entire 3,500-square-foot residence around exceptional beds.
The Towers is best for travelers who want Midtown convenience without surrendering privacy or space. Its combination of high-floor views, enormous suites and dedicated service feels closer to a residential club than a conventional New York hotel tower.
