WaterColor Inn overlooks the Gulf of Mexico within a 500-acre master-planned community on Scenic Highway 30A. The setting combines sugar-white beach, a coastal dune lake, longleaf pine forest and easy access to neighboring Seaside.

The inn has only 67 rooms and suites, and standard guestrooms are an unusually generous 500 square feet. Every room faces the coastal dunes, higher floors add Gulf views, and private balconies with Adirondack chairs encourage guests to spend time outside.

Guests receive access to WaterColor Beach Club with three pools and private beach access, plus Camp WaterColor with three additional pools including a lazy river. The inn itself has another zero-entry family pool, giving families an unusually deep range of swimming options.

Complimentary adult bikes and kayaks make it easy to explore the 30A community without relying on a car. The resort’s dining ranges from beach-club casual to more polished coastal restaurants, while daily in-room snack amenities add a thoughtful family-friendly touch.
