The Point occupies a secluded stretch of Upper Saranac Lake in the Adirondacks, on a former Great Camp built for William Avery Rockefeller. Only 11 rooms and suites are spread among four original-style lodge buildings, each with a strong sense of privacy and its own relationship to the lake. In warmer months, guests boat, canoe, fish, hike, play tennis or take gourmet picnics onto the lake; winter shifts toward snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, skating and fireside evenings.
Built as a Rockefeller Great Camp on Upper Saranac Lake, The Point turns just 11 rooms, all-inclusive dining and year-round wilderness activities into one of America's most intimate luxury retreats.
